Post a loop from google maps in your area that you think would be fun. Don’t have to have tried it (or at least not strung together), just pick out some that look interesting from above and make it a circuit. Here’s !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , and here’s a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . The long one has a lot more boring straights, but it strings together some higher speed stuff. Including a great place for a high speed run (hypothetically) and a beautiful right-down-left-up twisty underpass. I have been through all these, but haven’t ever strung them together. I would imagine they would be best early in the morning.

Now you.

I give you all the Frederickburgring outside of Frederick, MD. It’s all the craziest roads and hairiest turns I know of, including the infamous Frederick Corkscrew. Enjoy

Kinja'd!!!

Here’s a view of the approach to the Corkscrew. Streetview doesn’t do it justice - the approach is steeper than it appears, and as you accelerate out, that turn is a right - left - right ascending sweeper, over crest, off camber. It’s a doozy.

FOTC Road is great. Are you still in Thunder Bay? If you are you should try out this road on your way back to TO when/if you come back.

OK, that looks fun. And if streetview isn't doing it justice, it must be really good.

To think that these are in my backyard and I never even realized it!

Have you seen this map before? I have to break the link, otherwise kinja will implode: ht tp:// i.imgur.com/hnLCHBI.jpg

I’ve done the Port Hope Backroads and Rd 29 - they were not bad! I want to make my way up north a bit more next summer.

Disco Rd isn’t overflowing with cops? ;)

Take this for reference! (remove the space)

Yeah... there’s a Detention Center and an RCMP Station. But:

1) I find cops don’t pay much attention on their home turf, oddly.

2) It’s twists near the cop are tight enough to have fun without going too nuts.
